Ortustech unveils smallest full HD screen

The Japanese Ortustech today the world’s smallest Full HD display was revealed. The TFT screen is just 4.8-inches.
Ortustech is a joint venture between Casio Computer and Toppan Printing that ever was created for the production of small and medium displays. Today unveiled 4.8-inch screen has a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
It is a so-called HAST (Hyper Amorphous Silicon TFT) LCD with a viewing angle of 160 degrees. Ortustech let them know that their display 16.8 million colors display with a pixel density of 458ppi. So a lot sharper than the Retina 326ppi screen on the iPhone 4.
Products for which the small HD screen will be used exactly Ortustech today is not yet known.
