Motorola comes with legal counterattack on Microsoft

Today Motorola has sued Microsoft for violating no less than sixteen patents. This after Microsoft earlier this week filed a lawsuit against Motorola.

According to the phone manufacturer, Microsoft infringed patents ranging from wireless technology in Windows operating system to the Bing Maps application. Motorola has announced a pity to find that Microsoft has not chosen to negotiate this.

“It is regrettable that Microsoft has chosen to run through a process, instead of always difficult to negotiate licenses to go”, let out a press release from Motorola. “This is particularly unfortunate because Motorola favorable licensing agreements with most major technology companies in the world.”

Previously we could say that Microsoft had filed a lawsuit against Motorola because the phone maker would require unreasonably high fees for the use of technology in the Xbox 360. This violates Microsoft Motorola in a prior agreement between the companies.

“Microsoft was not even prepared to go to our proposed licensing agreement, Motorola said yesterday about the indictment of Microsoft. The phone manufacturer Microsoft believes it several times a fair and reasonable offer have made for the use of technologies.
