Apple is working on integrated SIM card for iPhone

Apple works with security company Gemalto SIM card to a new system for the next iPhone. GigaOM says that at least have heard from reliable source.
And 4 for the iPad iPhone users had to switch to a micro-SIM card, making it virtually impossible to have alternating with a regular mobile phone. However, it seems that Apple with the next generation of iPhone will go a step further.
Together with Gemalto, Apple is now working on a software-based SIM card directly in European iPhones can be built. It will then be activated from the telecom provider of choice through a special application from the App Store. A physical SIM card, in this way belong to the past for iPhone users.
Distribution
